Renttech South Africa ikhangela Store Man, eGqeberha, eMpuma Koloni.

PURPOSE

To assist stores personnel in ensuring that stock items are properly and correctly managed and stored to minimize shrinkage.

REQUIREMENTS

Matric Certificate (Grade 12)

A tertiary qualification is advantageous

Relevant stores experience

Valid driver’s license

Good English, written and spoken

Skilled in coordinating deliveries

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks

Trustworthy and able to work with minimal supervision

Friendly and personable, capable of building good relationships

Ability to maintain confidentiality

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow-up on customer orders daily

Report out-of-stock items and specials that need to be ordered

Liaise with the sales department regarding special orders and delivery dates

Oversee receiving and checking incoming stock, including driving the forklift to offload

Draw stock of back orders and ensure correct system updates

Assist with the clearance of picking slips and report gaps to sales

Ensure urgent customer orders are dealt with quickly

Contribute to maintaining high morale, discipline, and urgency within the store team

Handle machine repairs (receiving, tracking, dispatching, and updating clients)

Perform stock counts when required

Dispatch delivery vehicles promptly

Ensure excellent customer service at all times

Maintain housekeeping standards (daily and monthly)

Ensure personal protective equipment is worn at all times

Perform additional duties as assigned by the store manager

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: R8 000 per month

Work Location: In person
