Position to be stationed in Mthatha, Eastern Cape
Reporting Structure: The post reports to the Chief of Staff
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12
Diploma in Public Relations / Office Management & Technology as an added advantage
Certificate in Computer Literacy
Code EB Driver’s License
01-year experience in Office Environment
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Providing support to the departments and broader Municipality Strategic Planning Sessions. Contributing to the implementation of specific service procedures, systems, and controls. Providing personal support to the Director Superior. Contributing to the overall budget, stakeholder management, and communication. Maintaining and accessing records of discussions, instructions, and correspondence.
