JOB DESCRIPTION

Motus Autoworx, a dynamic leader in the vehicle repair industry, is looking and inviting applications from honest, trustworthy, and highly responsible candidates with relevant Parts Stripper experience to apply for the position of Stripper: Parts at the Port Elizabeth branch.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The purpose of the position is to assist estimators to move, strip, and assemble vehicles during the estimation and assessment processes, including assembling vehicles to the prescribed standard once accident repairs have been completed.

SPECIFIC ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Stripping of vehicle parts to facilitate estimation and assessment

Re-assembling the parts after estimation and assessment

Safeguard all parts that are stripped

Maintain orderly working areas

Move vehicles to designated areas

Collect & deliver vehicles and parts from suppliers

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12

Valid Driver’s Licence

Mechanical Knowledge

Vehicle structure knowledge

Clear criminal record

Minimum Experience

2 Years and more of relevant experience
