PROGRAMME DETAILS
AVBOB, in partnership with INSETA, is offering a 12-month Long Term Insurance Learnership Programme. This programme is at NQF Level 4 and carries 140 credits. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who aspire to build a career in the insurance sector.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Willingness to work in any of the listed branches.
Valid matric certificate.
Completed English and Maths/Maths Literacy/Accounting in matric.
Aged between 18 and 35 years.
Must not have participated in any previous learnerships.
Not currently registered with any academic institution or engaged in studies.
Must have reliable transportation.
A smartphone or laptop is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet) are advantageous.
Ability to work independently and show initiative.
Must be a South African citizen.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
A monthly stipend will be paid during the learnership.
Placement of learners is at the discretion of the company.
Preference will be given to suitably qualified individuals from previously disadvantaged groups.
