ABOUT US
We are in search an expereinced Operations Manager for the Automotive portfolio. The overall responsibility of the District Manager is to ensure business retention as well as sustainable growth.
The Operations Manager will provide a strategic level of operational support across the brand, ensuring divisional operational standard proc youres are followed and adhered to.
Ultimately, will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards for the organisation’s deliverables in line with site specific SLA’s.
Ensure sites are managed according to budgeted costings and growth targets. Ensure all Food Service and Quality regulations are adhered to.
Market penetration is another key deliverable in this role.
This position involves travelling between JHB and East London.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Take full responsibility and accountability for the segment in all aspects including but not limited to:
• Regional Team management, support, development and leadership
• Maintaining a high-quality standard in all deliverables in line with specific SLA’s and Company`s regional strategy, goals in support of the Divisional goals and strategy.
• Responsible to manage client relations, perform site visits, etc
• Build and cultivate the Company` s culture in line with Tsebo Group Values
• Ensure sites are managed according to budgeted costings and growth targets
• Ensure the region operates within the budgetary guidelines with reference to labour, capital asset depreciation and maintenance and any other expenses
• Ensure that all Occupational Health and Safety requirements are adhered to for site specific requirements
• To constantly be aware of current trends and innovation in the industry and make suggestions how these could be implemented in the business.

QUALIFICATIONS
Relevant tertiary qualification.
5 – 7 years at management level with demonstrated experience in operations management within the Catering industry.
Understanding of the Automotive industry and relevant legislation.
