ROLE PURPOSE

You will be responsible for overseeing daily despatch operations, ensuring timely deliveries, effective staff management, and maintaining high service standards for customers.

REQUIREMENTS

✅ Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Grade 12 (Matric) or higher

Experience: 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role within FMCG

Warehouse and stock management experience

✅ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Stock management (transfers & GRVs)

Printing and managing necessary documents

Supervising staff and coordinating workloads

Ensuring timely truck departures

Resolving customer complaints

Maintaining daily operational reports

✅ KEY COMPETENCIES:

Strong planning and organizational skills

Leadership and supervisory skills

Advanced computer literacy

Numerical accuracy and attention to detail

Problem-solving ability

Excellent verbal and written communication

WORKING CONDITIONS

Fast-paced and pressurized environment

6-day work week

Required to work Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays (as per shift schedule)

Rotating 12-hour shifts, including night shifts

Handling and resolving customer complaints
