FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Capture employee leave on VIP and excel, Inform employees regularly of leave days expiring.

Submit weekly and monthly hours.

Recruitment – Employee applications, interviews, contracts and induction.

Monthly submissions to HR Group – Funeral policy , provident fund, Disciplinary report and training stats.

Training – Company policy and disciplinary code, all HR related training.

Management and registration of IOD’s.

Ensure compliance with DOL,BCEA,LRA and OHS.

Manage all labour employment related issues including handling of disciplinary processes and filling as well as preparing for CCMA cases.

Perform Ad hoc group HR requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

EXPERIENCE:

Human Resource Administration: 3 years (Preferred)
