JOB ADVERT SUMMARY

A vacancy exists for an experienced Clerk: Driver Reconciliations within the Secondary Distribution department at the Port Elizabeth. The Purpose of this position is to reconcile Driver documentation received after a delivery round has been completed and capture data in Clover ERM. The successful candidate may be required to work shifts.

REQUIREMENTS 

Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 

Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level  

Business English: Fluent 

Computer literacy (Advanced)  

Work shifts/weekends/public holidays

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reconcile documentation and capture results 

Reconcile Driver delivery documentation  

Reconcile agent generated documents  

Check and control reconciled invoices  

Follow up on queries  

Ensure allocated Driver reconciliations are captured  

Report on deviations
