We are seeking a skilled and experienced TLB (Tractor-Loader-Backhoe) Machine Operator to join our estate team just outside Port Elizabeth. This live-in position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a diverse and rewarding environment. Applicants must be available to start immediately.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Operate the TLB machine efficiently and safely for various tasks, including excavation, trenching, and loading.  

– Perform routine maintenance and inspections of the TLB to ensure it is in optimal working condition.  

– Safely transport and use the machine across the estate for different projects.  

– Adhere to safety protocols and operational guidelines at all times.  

– Assist with additional manual labor tasks when required.  

– Collaborate with the estate team to complete tasks on schedule.  

REQUIREMENTS:

– Proven experience operating a TLB machine.  

– Knowledge of basic maintenance and troubleshooting of TLB machinery.  

– Valid operator’s license and certifications for heavy machinery operation.  

– Strong understanding of safety procedures and best practices.  

– Excellent teamwork and communication skills.  

– Ability to work under pressure and adapt to various tasks.  

– Availability to start immediately.
