FULL JOB DESCRIPTION 

_ Lewis Group is looking for Trainee branch manager for Port Elizabeth and Butterworth_

KEY OUTPUTS 

Confident, self–motivated and driven to succeed.

Must have good communication skills and able to motivate staff.

Able to adapt to various environments when relieving and to take control in that environment in

a short period of time.

· Demonstrate customer care and staff management skills.

KEY REQUIREMENTS 

· Be transferable and able to relieve stores in the region.

· Have at least 3 years’ experience in a retail business, preferably in a sales environment

· Must have a valid drivers’ license.

· Have at least a Grade 12 qualification.

· Tertiary studies in Business Management, will be advantageous.
