PURPOSE OF THE POSITION :

The provide transportation services for teams and/or equipment to the various locations and areas where the Organisation provides services; to assist with the mobilization of the Wellness programme.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid driver’s license with PDP Code 10 EB or C1Able to communicate in English and isiXhosa is an advantageCriminal Clear

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Transport Wellness teams and equipment to and from different locationsWorks as part of a multi-disciplinary teams. Conducts daily vehicle inspections and reports defects to Line Manager. Adheres to all safety precautions and road ordinances. Supports community outreach activities. Complies with relevant legislation and organization policies and procedures. Carries out and/or ensures all maintenance is carried out on all vehicles.

Mobilizes clients for teams and acts as a Marshall to ensure order during community outreach activities. Complies with the Standard Operating Procedures for Vehicles
