FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Code 14 driver required to drive fully laden (56 ton) Actros on 620km circuit in the Eastern Cape (starting and ending in East London

The succesful candidate must have minimum 5 years experience in:

– coupling and uncoupling trailers

– reversing, parking and driving Mercedes Benz trucks with interlink trailers

– accident free history

– perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on the truck

– adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies

– give accurate technical feedback on the performance of the truck

– knowledge of basic truck maintenance and troubleshooting

– 

EXPERIENCE:

Code 14 heavy duty: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

Code 14 / EC driver’s license and PDP (Required)
