Provide effective administrative and support function to the Health and Safety & Risk Department ensuring the maintenance of the overall safety on Site.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

A matric certificate

Related qualification would be advantageous

Experience Requirements

Experience:

 1-2 years’ experience as a Health and Safety Clerk / Administrator

KEY OUTPUTS

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with ensuring legal compliance of H&S regulations on site.

Identifying hazards and risks on site and escalating to H&S Manager and Risk Department.

Conduct verification of stock and stock movements on Site

Conduct spot checks on onboard cameras on all trucks to enhance the safety and wellbeing of the sales crews

Assist Risk Department with identifying any deviations from policies.

Assist H&S Manager with Safety Audits on site.

Assist the H&S Manager with preparation and conducting safety training and onboarding for employees.

Participate in the Health and Safety Committee on site

Assist the H&S Manager / Risk Manager in day-to-day administrative tasks as needed and any other adhoc tasks.
