FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

SUMMARY

To ensure the complex is kept neat, clean and tidy as well as providing general support.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Execute daily tasks and work instructions according to relevant Procedures.

Ensure that all grass cutting activities are carried out in line with managements expectations.

Ensure that areas with grass are cut with a Push mower where applicable height (not short)

Ensure that the balance of the areas is cut with the weed eater to an acceptable height

Ensure that ALL edged/verges are cut straight with the use of a weed eater

Ensure that grassed areas are top dressed and levelled as and when needed

Ensure that weeds are attended to.

Ensure that mole traps issued are in use and mole hills levelled where needed

Ensure that grass is planted in areas where needed.

Clean areas recently cut by blowing or collecting grass cuttings

Place grass cutting on compost heap as and when needed

Ensure that trees are rig barked when using a weed eater

Ensure that all equipment issued to carry out daily tasks is maintained

Partake in community development initiatives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1- year of grass-cutting experience.

Grade 10.

Salary range: R5000-R7000 CTC per month

The candidate should be available to start immediately.
