To effectively contribute towards various teams, ensuring key performance indictors and service level agreements are met by accurately inserting claims according to protocol.
REQUIREMENTS
A National Senior Certificate is essential (Mathematical Literacy or Mathematics as a Grade 12 subject is advantageous)
A minimum of 1 – 2 years’ working experience in an administrative environment is essential
Exposure to ICD-10 coding is preferred
MS Office / 365 proficiency
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurate inserting of claims within service level agreements and key performance indicators.
Analysis of audit reports and action where necessary.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders by responding to queries and providing feedback where necessary.
Deliver on service level agreements applicable to clients and internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that client expectations are managed.
Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service.
