FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Answer and forward incoming calls, take and relay message to the relevant people and provide information to callers.

Receive and sort mail packages

Perform basic clerical work-direct clients to the appropriate person and office.

Assist clients and managers with handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.

Oder front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.

Operate office equipment- printers, fax machines and other related office machinery/equipment.

Do trade references on DT Credit Applications email DT Credit notes Maintain a clean and neat reception area

Anything else the company should require you are required to do.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

EXPERIENCE:

Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (Preferred)
