Safair Operations, operating as FlySafair, has a vacancy for a Customer Service Agent at East London Airport. The successful applicant will report to the Manager: Base Airport
JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist passengers with ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes, including explaining rules, terms and conditions, regulations, and procedures.
Assist customers during flight disruptions or cancellations.
Handle and safeguard confidential information.
Address complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Escalate problematic issues to the Supervisor on duty.
Provide professional customer service at all times.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 or equivalent.
Experience in airport and ticket sales.
Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, flexible hours, and shifts.
Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong written and verbal communication in English, including proper phone etiquette.
Conflict resolution skills.
