2 years proven track record in microfinance or banking. Minimum of two years of managerial experience

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS :

Financial Management: Continuously manage and monitor branch performance. Business/Compliance Management: Ensure that the sum of branch daily/monthly is 100% accurate and is balanced everyday Sales. Marketing Management: Develop implement Sales and Marketing plans to improve branch performance. People Management: Manage motivate and monitor branch personnel and their performance.
