REQUIREMENTS:

A grade 12 certificate or NQF Level 4 with no experence. Experence in Adminstration will be an added advantage. 

KNOWEDGE AND SKILLS: 

Monitorng and evaluaton. Government polices and planning systems. Government 

Programme of acton. Public Service Regularity Framework. Presdency policies and procedures Information management. Performance 

management. Report writing. Negotiation. Interpersona relatons. Communicaton. Facilitation. Computer literacy. Analysing Conduct management. Presentation. Working n a team. Drivng.

DUTIES:

Safe keeping of records. Openng and closng of HR files. Flling of correspondence. Number of folios. Crculate correspondence. Record documents for circulation. Maintain file ndex (NMIR). Open files according to file index. Regular checkng fes in terms of file index. Control movement of files. Issue to relevant HR  staff. Darse return of files.
