PURPOSE
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Cleaners with disabilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our clients’ premises.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role preferred
Ability to follow cleaning procedures and instructions
Strong attention to detail
Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
Good communication skills
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Clean and sanitize all designated areas, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste appropriately
Refilling dispensers for soap, toilet paper, and paper towels
Cleaning windows, mirrors, and other surfaces as needed
Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This role may require standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods of time
Work hours may vary, including evenings and weekends
Personal protective equipment will be provided for specific tasks
