JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Dealing with suppliers for delivery notes and invoices.

Working with receiving staff to ensure paperwork is in order.

Booking stock in through GRV’s

Making sure purchase orders from store level balance to supplier invoices.

Process RTS (Return to supplier)

Calculating transport charges & working it into the GRV.

Working alongside buyers with pricing and stock quantity issues.

Answering and transferring calls.
