MR D – PARTNER ACCOUNT ASSOCIATE (EASTERN CAPE)
LOCATION: Eastern Cape

ABOUT THE ROLE
Mr D is looking for a highly talented Partner Account Associate to join our team in the Eastern Cape. This position reports to the Sales Lead of Mr D.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and prioritise suitable restaurant partners for the Mr D platform.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Assist Sales Area Leads with the restaurant sign-up process.
Act as the main point of contact for assigned restaurant partners.
Strengthen relationships and monitor performance of restaurant partners.
Provide timely solutions and feedback to partners.
Assist with device-related queries from partners.
Deliver marketing material to restaurants as needed.
Train restaurant staff on using the Mr D device.
Maintain high standards during restaurant visits.
REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES
Excellent communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset and consultative sales approach.
Knowledge of the local restaurant industry.
Self-motivated and driven.
Competitive and goal-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail.
Own transport and valid driver’s license (Code B).

QUALIFICATIONS
Matric.
Minimum 1 year of sales or account management experience.
